Join NCETA in Asheville for a blend of workshops, networking, fun and food planned to enhance your educational and professional development. While in Asheville you will have time to explore downtown, visit historic sites, shop, network with colleagues, and make new friends. The preliminary agenda is included in this brochure so you can review the offerings and plan your conference experience. As always, workshops are designed for both the novice and most seasoned workforce professionals alike.  Topics this year include tips for professional development, and how we as a workforce system can meet businesses’ needs.

Come early on Wednesday!  Start your conference experience off at 10 am Wednesday with Mary Ann Lawrence and CHANGE—It’s Not Your Momma’s Workforce System, sponsored by the NCETA Young Professionals. This session is for everyone!

Accommodations

A block of rooms will be held until March 12 at the Renaissance Hotel Asheville. The  conference  rate  is  $119.00 ( plus 11% tax ). For reservations, call 828-252-8211 identify yourself as attending the NCETA Conference in order to obtain the discounted rate or register online at Renaissance Asheville. If you are unable to attend the conference, please be sure to  cancel  your room reservation.
