$250 on or before March 4, 2016 – early registration – members

$275 after March 4, 2016 – late registration – members

$300 on or before March 4, 2016 – early registration – non-members

$325 after March 4, 2016 – late registration – non-members

  $150 daily rates available for attendance on either Wednesday or Thursday

(Registration fee covers all activities, meals, breaks, and materials)
