The North Carolina Employment & Training Association annual SpringConference is a three-day, annual event. It is designed to provide opportunities for workforce professionals throughout the state to remain current on national, state, and local initiatives, to exchange ideas, and to network with colleagues.
The NCWorks Partnership Conference traditionally draws upwards of 1,000 Workforce Development Professionals from across the state. Attendees represent labor, state and federal government, education, community-based organizations, community colleges and the private sector. In its 32nd year, the Conference continues to offer timely topics and networking opportunities.
